Isabel has extensive experience in architecture and urbanism, with a focus on social sustainability and innovation. She is from Spain and has lived in Oslo since January 2009. She holds a master's degree in architecture from 2006 from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain, and has a lot of experience in urban planning.

Isabel has been a key contributor in relation to mapping the Campus Oslo Strategy, Masterplan for IFE, New Center in Haslum, Drammen Health Park, and development plans for Hjortnesterminalen and the adjoining buildings. Over the past 5 years, she has also worked with social urban planning and architecture through the non-profit organization Architects Without Borders and Oslo-Habitat with Grape.

Isabel is a vital asset for InnoArch, driving innovation and practical design in all her endeavors.

Joana is an architect with 18 years of experience, she studied and worked in Portugal, Italy, Germany and later moved to Netherlands to work with OMA-Rem Koolhaas. In 2008, she co-founded CONDITIONS, an acclaimed Scandinavian Architecture and Urbanism magazine.

Joana later joined Comte Bureau, pioneering human-centered methodologies and in Architecture, shaping policies, services, and spaces in Norway. She's a curator, lecturer, jury member, and educator, and has lectured both Architecture and Design at The Oslo School of Architecture and Design. Specializing in user engagement during transition phases, she excels at weaving business objectives seamlessly into design.
